The subject lands are located just outside of Lions Head overlooking the Georgian Bay and borders the Niagara escarpment lands.  

The land was originally zoned for approximately 40 Units - the new plan incorporates approximately 130 units and incorporates a variety of residential unit types ranging from large lot, medium and small lot, as well as Townhouses and a community centre.  Integrated within the plan is land for the development of a subsurface eco friendly sewage and water treatment facility.
