This concept on the site of an abandoned hospital combines Mixed-Use buildings with residential units close to the city center. Close to 40% of the proposed development is affordable housing scattered through out the master plan to optimize social integration. The masterplan concept was designed by Ben Behnke while employed at ADAM Urbanism.
