This "Micro Neighbourhood" is designed specifically for Seniors Residents, is fully accessible, and includes Independent Living, Semi-Independent Living, and Assisted Living.
Central to the Plan is Neighbourhood Square complete with a Community Centre, Gym, Coffee Shop/Pub. Parking has been strategically placed to the rear to ensure beautiful streetscapes and public areas.
This project was conceived, tied up and managed by New Urban Design Group.
