Raunds, UK

Raunds is a small Village between London and Birmingham in the UK. A large village extension with close to one thousand residential units, commercial and industrial site as well as a mixed use center was to be added to this village. Extensive analysis of the topography and existing structures of the village were incorporated and ideally connected. The masterplan concept was designed by Ben Behnke while at ADAM Urbanism.
