His Industry expertise is coupled with exceptional strategic and visionary leadership skills, market insight and effective marketing initiatives.
Jaydean is also a Certified Smart Code Planning Professional and a Registered Professional Planner with the Canadian Institute of Planners.
He enjoys teaching and has been a guest speaker and subject matter expert for various conferences and presentations across North America, conducting lectures on sustainable land development practices and market insight from conception to completion.

With over 15+ years as an established Urban Designer and Development Management Consultant, Benjamin is passionate about sustainable, human-scale design and development. His background in Master Town Planning has included working on prestigious projects such as the Newquay Master Plan in collaboration with HRH Prince Charles, the Duchy of Cornwall, for his Foundation for the Built Environment.
Moreover, his background as the principal Urban Design and Development Consultant for Robert Adam Architects in England, UK, included various award-winning projects, such as the "Making Cities Livable" (IMCL) Award in 2015.

Benjamin currently resides in Switzerland and oversees the New Urban Design Group Europe affiliate office. He speaks fluent English and German, is a Certified Smart Code Planning Professional, and a chartered member of The International Network for Traditional Building, Architecture & Urbanism (INTBAU).

Sonja brings 10+ years as a licensed Architect and oversees the Architectural design team. Her Architecture background is well established in Europe and North America.

Sonja has worked with prestigious brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci for interiors and exterior design.
She is also a registered Architect in Italy and speaks fluent Italian, English, Spanish and Albanian.
