Stage 6
The land development, construction and build are coordinated with the development team through New Urban Design Group from securing development and building permits, through to the procurement, tender and construction on behalf of the Client/Development.

New Urban Design Group typically manages the following with the associated Development Team:
1. Quantities Survey / Cost Overview
This is typically coordinated with the cost manager.
2. Tendering
We vet and choose the marketing agency to develop the brand and marketing program.
3. Procurement
Everything from the colour palette to the logo is closely reviewed to ensure consistency throughout the marketing program.
4. Project Construction Management
NUDG will work with the Project Manager/Contractor to build the development according to contract terms.
5. Timeline & Budget Management
NUDG will work with the Contractor to ensure that budgets, payment releases, timelines and completion certificates are completed.
6. Quality Control
Ongoing approval facilitation by New Urban Design Group to local councils alongside the local development team throughout the approval process is necessary to ensure buy-in and ultimately achieve timely approvals.
