Land Development Management 

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

The land development, construction and build are coordinated with the development team through NUDG from securing development and building permits, through to the procurement, tender and construction on behalf of the Client/Development.  

New Urban Design Group typically manages the following with the associated Development Team:

  1. Quantities Survey / Cost Overview - this is typically coordinated with the cost manager

  2. Tendering 

  3. Procurement  

  4. Project Construction Management - NUDG will work with the Project Manager/Contractor to build the development according to contract terms.  

  5. Timeline / Budget Management - NUDG will work with the Contractor to maintain budgets, payment releases, timelines and completion certificates are completed  

  6. Quality Control

  7. Budget and Work variations
