Throughout the pre development stage we look at assembling and managing the professional activities and consultant groups that New Urban Design Group will work with to develop the property from the start of the design and approval process right through to construction and sales.
New Urban Design Group typically manages and leads the following professional activities to ensure the Vision is maintained from concept to completion.

Assembling a Professional Consultant/Development Team -Depending on the location and size of the project NUDG will manage and undertake select activities in house where possible to save time and money.
