This conceptual building design study was completed as part of the Town of Sylvan Lake Pattern Book to illustrate to Town Council and existing owners what future development on Lakeshore Drive could look like. The images graphically illustrate all the various Transect Zones and their specific design guidelines as per the proposed Urban and Architectural Code.
